The Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing announced that the updated Executive Regulations of the White Land Tax Law came into effect on July 10, 2025.
The new regulations aim to reduce the monopoly of undeveloped land and encourage investment in real estate projects, while imposing fees on unused land in major cities.
